Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AqiloPulse. AqiloPulse is owned and operated by Ashik Salman P. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the content and data you create, and for the data of anyone you collect it from.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Your use of AqiloPulse must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may, at our sole discretion, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that policy.

Fees

AqiloPulse is prepaid. You add credits to your account and each pulse is bought individually from that balance, at a plan you choose before you confirm. There is no subscription and nothing renews on its own — a pulse is only charged when you create, upgrade or renew it.

Each plan sets how many responses a pulse may collect and how long it keeps collecting for. A pulse that reaches either limit stops accepting answers and becomes read-only: everything it collected stays available to you, and renewing or upgrading starts it again. Renewing buys a fresh period on the plan as it stands at that moment, which may differ from the plan you first bought.

Credits expire — twelve months from purchase, and three months for any credit we grant you without charge. Prices are shown before you confirm and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Availability & changes

We provide AqiloPulse "as is" and may update or change the service and these Terms over time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

Termination

You may stop using AqiloPulse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
