Translating first and reading second loses the half of a Manglish answer that was never English. AqiloPulse reads each answer as it was typed. What you read back is always the respondent’s own words or a plain summary of them, never anything invented.

Questions, answered
Something we haven’t covered? Talk to us.
Which languages can it read?
Written answers are read in the language they were typed, including mixed and Romanized text such as Manglish. A Malayalam, a Manglish and an English answer saying the same thing land in the same theme.
Can my team read the insights in their own language?
Yes. Choose the languages your team reads in settings, and the summary and themes are translated into each. Counts and quotes are never changed, so every language agrees.
Does the engine make anything up?
No number on a readout comes from the engine: every count and percentage is computed from your responses, and every quote is copied word for word from an answer. The engine writes the wording of the summary from what people said.
Is it anonymous?
Respondents never sign in, and nothing ties an answer to a person unless your questions ask for a name, an email or a phone number.
What does a pulse cost, and what if I need more answers?
You buy each pulse at the size you need, and the plan sets how many responses it collects and for how long. If it fills up, upgrade that pulse and pay only the difference. New accounts get credit for their first two pulses.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There are no seats and nothing renews. You top up credit and spend it when you run a pulse.
